Terms of Service

Effective July 4, 2026

1. Who we are

GetPizza is a workspace product operated by World Class Design ("we", "us", "our"). Our registered office is at Sepapaja tn 6, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 15551, Estonia, with an additional office at Station F, 5 Parv. Alan Turing, 75013 Paris, France.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of GetPizza — the website, the apps within it, and the Pepperoni AI assistant (together, the "Service").

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

3. The Service and its apps

GetPizza brings your everyday work tools into one place. The Service includes apps for tasks and to-do lists, notes, documents and pages, a lightweight CRM for contacts and companies, an inbox, and an optional calendar view — together with Pepperoni, an AI assistant that can work across the information you create in those apps.

We may add, change, or remove features over time. We aim to give reasonable notice of significant changes, but some changes may be made without prior notice where necessary.

4. Your account and workspaces

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Work in GetPizza is organized into workspaces. A workspace owner or administrator can invite teammates, manage members, and control what is shared. If you join a workspace created by someone else, that workspace's owner administers it and may be able to access content shared within it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you agree not to: break the law or infringe others' rights; upload malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data; interfere with or disrupt the Service; or use the Service to send spam or harass others.

You are responsible for the content you put into the Service and for making sure you have the right to use it.

6. Free apps, paid intelligence

The apps in GetPizza are free for every teammate. What you pay for is the AI intelligence layer — Pepperoni — that works across your apps. Paid access is billed per seat on a monthly basis.

You can add or remove teammates and cancel at any time; changes take effect according to your current billing cycle. You can export your work at any time. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

7. Connected accounts and integrations

You can optionally connect third-party accounts — for example, your Google Calendar — to unlock extra functionality. When you connect an account, you authorize us to access it only as needed to provide that feature.

You can disconnect a connected account at any time from Settings, or by revoking access with the third-party provider. Disconnecting stops future access and syncing. Your use of a third-party service remains subject to that provider's own terms.

8. Your content and our intellectual property

The content you create in the Service — your tasks, notes, pages, contacts, and messages — is yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content so we can operate the Service for you and your workspace.

The Service itself — including its software, design, and brand — belongs to us and our licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to our intellectual property beyond using the Service as intended.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". Pepperoni and other AI features can make mistakes and may produce inaccurate or incomplete information — always review important outputs before relying on them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms end, and you can export your content beforehand.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and, where applicable, the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where you have mandatory rights as a consumer under your local law, these Terms do not override them.
